This beachy paradise accommodates 12 guests across 4 bedrooms and an additional sleeping area. The master suite is equipped with a king bed and a twin bed. Two other bedrooms feature queen beds, while the fourth bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin over double configuration. The second living area houses a full pull-out sofa with an upgraded memory foam mattress.

Guests staying at this coastal retreat have exclusive access to numerous amenities. Relax by the pool, grill on the patio, or watch your favorite shows on the Smart TVs. The home comes with a washer and dryer, high-speed WiFi, and central air conditioning.
Beach essentials like sand chairs, beach toys, a cooler, and a beach umbrella are available for guests to use. Parking is available for up to 4 cars in the driveway. Please note, there is no street parking.
Other things to note
Please be aware that if you’re looking for a party house, this is not the place for you. We expect our guests to keep noise at a reasonable level during the day, and quiet time is enforced from 10 pm.
By booking, you accept responsibility for any damage/extra cleaning your dog causes during the stay. Dogs must be crated when left home alone. Please clean up after your pet. $200 per pet fee (non-refundable, max of 2 dogs).
Pool heating is available for $100 for up to a week, set to 85 degrees from 8 am to 8 pm. However, temperature is not guaranteed if air temperature drops below 70 degrees.
Grill usage does not include food and propane gas; a tank is available for easy exchange. No check-in or check-out is permitted on Thanksgiving Day or Christmas Day.

Damage Waiver:
The Damage Waiver is built into your reservation booking total (“Management Fee”). This fee covers only unintentional damages to the rental unit interior that may have occurred during your stay. Damages must be disclosed to the Host before or upon check out of your stay. The fee will pay a maximum benefit of $300. Any damages that exceed $300 will be charged to the credit card on file. NOTE: This is NOT insurance and only applies to ACCIDENTAL damages. Any damages that either exceed $300, are not disclosed prior to check out, or are deemed intentional, will be charged to the credit card on file.
